You, sir, are a rockstar. I (while being quite jealous) congratulate you.

Cheers!

Congrats G.
Flickr has been creating a new standard in interaction design, so Flickr + Gino = well, revolucionario. I'm looking forward to putting a few thousand more photos in Flickrlandia. Have fun. And welcome to San Francisco!

The feeling is mutual. I'll certainly miss your attitude problem as well; but the Zahnds and the Cooper will have more occasion to have frosty beverages, so it all works out in the end. And I suppose I'll have to start lifting weights before they'll let me in that lineup; but I believe I'm taller than Stewart, and maybe about the same as Aaron.

First let me say a big WHATEVER, cuz I am so NOT stoked that you're leaving Yahoo! Travel. I really don't know what I'm going to do with myself without your attitude problem to deal with everyday. But in all seriousness, congratulations. It really is awesome. Which brings me to my second point....where will you be fitting in this lineup??

wohooo - I wrote a very flattering and celebratory post about my good friend Gino getting a role with Flickr. Like him, I'm a fan + nerd. Even had a login to GameNeverending. But I decided that while I'm stoked about Gino's new role - the message might not get through if I'm too busy slapping him on the back. The message being that its important, if not vital, to be doing something meaningful and positive, with good people like yourself should you get the chance.

If you don't get the chance - then make as much money as you can.

Congratulations G.
